LHFS Returns/Exchange Policy
- Your query must be raised within 24 hours of collection.
- All queries should be raised via firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01619280520.
- If faulty we may request photographic proof of the imperfection.
- If the customer has changed there mind, the item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in.
- If the item is out of stock it may be exchanged for an item of the same value or refunded.
- Please note, if you exchange for an item of higher value the difference must be paid.
- In any instance the exchange/refund will be at the shop managers discretion.
